Numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to affect North Texas through the evening. Locations near Temple and Waco will receive between 1 and 2 inches of rainfall from heavier storms... while other locations will only see light rain amounts through 8 PM. Rainfall is expected to increase north of Interstate 20 tonight as an upper low approaches.

Limestone... McLennan... Montague... Navarro... Rockwall... Tarrant... wise and Young. In northeast Texas... Anderson... Delta... Henderson... Hopkins... Lamar... Leon... rains and Van Zandt. In south central Texas... Milam and Robertson.

* upper low will sit near Red River through Wednesday morning and should continue to produce widespread rainfall with multiple areas of heavy rain. The ground is saturated across the area and any new rain will run off quickly.
