Locations which could receive rain include Oelwein and Elkader Iowa...Caledonia Minnesota...Viroqua...Sparta and La Crosse Wisconsin. A few of the stronger storms could produce hail up to a half of an inch in diameter and wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph. Dangerous lightning and heavy rainfall is also possible...with rainfall amounts up to a quarter of an inch in less than 30 minutes.
