Strong offshore flow has followed a frontal passage over the area. Direction will transition from north to easterly through the weekend as surface high pressure moves to the East Coast...weakening as it moves. Onshore flow returns Monday...but another front will cross the area Monday night...restoring offshore flow to Alabama and western Florida Panhandle coastal waters.
