Winds... tropical storm force winds will develop by early this evening... increasing from the north to between 45 to 55 knots with gusts as high as 60 knots over the coastal waters and 25 to 35 knots with gusts as high as 50 knots in the Charleston Harbor. If Hanna strengthens any more than currently forecast... then hurricane conditions would be possible this evening into the early morning hours Saturday over the coastal waters. Winds will become northwest and gradually diminish below tropical storm force Saturday morning.
